Web design in Niagara Falls, Ontario

Businesses that serve visitors need a site that works for someone standing on the sidewalk with a phone in their hand. We're a two-person studio in Thorold, a short drive from Niagara Falls, and we build sites for businesses like that.

What a visitor-facing business needs

If your customers are visitors, they're usually choosing quickly, on a phone, and often in the moment. That shapes what your site has to do:

  • Mobile first. The phone layout is the main layout, not an afterthought.
  • Hours and location up front. Someone deciding where to go shouldn't have to hunt for when you're open or how to find you.
  • Bookings and deposits. If you take reservations, tours, or sessions, letting people book and pay on your own site can save you platform fees and the back-and-forth of a third-party service.
  • Clear prices and what's included.
  • Being recommended. When a visitor asks an AI assistant for a suggestion, the answer comes from a handful of pages. The AI visibility audit shows whether yours is one of them.

Bookings and payments, built properly

We build booking and payment features as custom builds. As an example of the work, we added scheduling and Stripe payments to an existing site for a photographer, and wrote up how it went, including the parts that took longer than we expected: how we built a production booking system. You can also see a photography site we designed and built in the Josue Memories case study.

Custom builds are scoped individually and quoted as a fixed bid, usually over four to twelve weeks. If you only need an information site with your hours, services, and contact details, our one-page Spark Starter starts at $1,499 CAD, plus HST. See the packages page.

Thorold, a short drive away

We work from Thorold, and most of our process happens over calls and shared files, so you don't need to come to us. You get a written proposal with the exact price, scope, and timeline before any work starts. If the scope grows partway through, we tell you and re-quote before the work happens.
